after 13 years working in the music industry, lockdown gave me the chance to follow my love of cooking…
in 2020 I started parlour from my doorstep in chelmsford, selling mini thali - a takeaway trio of more traditional style Indian dishes inspired by my grandad, who grew up in lucknow, north india.
what began as takeaway quickly grew into private catering, supper clubs, pop-ups and wedding feasts, starting a sister business ‘the wild hearts club’ hosting retreats & events—celebrating food, community and bold, homely flavours.”
