the wild hearts club - day retreat
the wild hearts club is run by parlour & the hungry tribe - first pairing up to host supper clubs, we are now on a quest to bring to you a day of wild wellness.
join ‘The Wild Hearts Club’ as we move from Spring towards Summer months - creating space in order to flourish.
we start with a foraging walk around the local area, ending with the opportunity to make and taste a seasonal foraged dish.
next, a workshop on gut-health along with demonstration on how to create at-home fermentation with Marie from Nutricore Health ending a deliciously soothing sound bath with Daisy - Third Eye Fox.
and of course the food... light brunch, snacks, seasonal feast, herbal tea blends & cake are provided as well as unlimited drinks throughout the day.
all of our guests will leave with an improved sense of wellbeing, knowledge & inspiration as well as a curated tote bag of gifts sourced from local businesses & recipes from the day.
we only have 14 spaces on offer at our beautiful location in the Essex countryside where ultimate relaxation awaits you.
